I created my unique Flow Spirit Immersions out of 25 years of study, training and experience. Part bootcamp, part mentorship, part vision quest, they are streetwise, soul smart crash courses in applied flow science, post traumatic growth, and spiritual technologies, embedded in the pioneering work of the Flow Research Collective.
